Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

• You are allowed to check your order while the courier is waiting outside. If you changed your mind, only pay the shipping fees and return it.
• Items can be returned within 24 hours of receipt of shipment in most cases. Items that were received damaged, defective, used, or not as described could be returned within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies.

Returns will be processed only if:

• The product is not damaged.
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
• The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand/manufacturer box or packaging and, if applicable, any discount card, and all accessories).
  

Money Transfer Policy:

• Money will be transferred within 5-7 business days (24 hours after your order is received at our office and passed quality check), Through Instapay/Mobile Wallet/Bank account from 12-5pm.
