Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

• You are allowed to check your order while the courier is waiting outside. If you changed your mind, only pay the shipping fees and return it.
• NO RETURNS AFTER THE COURIER LEAVE but, Items can be returned in some cases within 24 hours only of receipt of shipment if it were received damaged, defective, used, or not as described. Some products have different policies.

Money Transfer Policy (if accepted):

• Money will be transferred within 5-7 business days (24 hours after your order is received at our office and passed quality check), Through Instapay/Mobile Wallet/Bank account from 12-5pm.
